Is there any way to change the default opening position for Explorer from "My Documents" to my C Drive? The MY DOCUMENTS dir can be moved directly. Right-click the dir at the current location, choose Cut, browse to the new location, choose Paste. try this after you made a backup of the Registry: Search the Registry for pointers to the old dir location and adjust them so that they point to the new place instead.
